Due to the nature of the product, I am unable to accept returns.
In the event that an incorrect item has been sent, a replacement will be resent.
Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package. No replacements can be honored after 48 hours.
Packages that have been marked delivered by USPS do not qualify for a refund. Please check with your local postal office for help retrieving or possibly locating missing packages. Often times they are delivered to the wrong address, so contact your neighbors and be patient as it takes time to be re-delivered.
Polishes are guaranteed to be free of defect to include fading, thermals/solars not transitioning, etc. for 6 months after the purchase date. Returns will not be offered beyond that period. Please see individual notes in listings for any known issues.
